As mentioned throughout this site, don't play with fire - buy a certified diamond appraised by a leading international gem lab. It's a safer way to buy a loose diamond since you know what the cut, clarity, carat weight and color of the stone is... and makes price comparison much easier. Don't compare apples and oranges. There are SO MANY diamonds for sale, you don't have to compare a G color, half carat diamond, SI 2 quality, good make with anything other than a very similar stone. If the broker, jeweler or diamond website starts pitching you different stones, take your business somewhere else. |
